Assist settling in

• Register at the Police station for the Temporary Residence Permit
• Introduce the move companies which offer special discount to our clients
• Accompany the client for move- in formalities with property management office
• Check appliances and furniture
• Hand over inspection for any defects ( cracks and scratches on appliances, furniture and floor etc)
• Check electricity, gas and water meters
• Hand over remote controls, appliance manuals and the keys
• Assistant to apply Internet access, Satellite TV ,install WIFI router etc.
• Accompany the client to familiar with the facilities in the residential compound
